London Simba Football Club at the moment are playing at a sunday league level in the Metropolitan Sunday League Ron Pope Premier Division after being promoted last season from the Senior Division. Our home ground is at The Bridge, Kangley Bridge Road SE 26.

The club is currently settling into the premier league and is guaranteed to be playing in the same league next season. The premier league has a very good range of good clubs and London simba has finally found a league it can face a challenge which will only help in making us a better and well equipped team with more experience for our players. It’s still part of our plans one day to turn semi pro and play in more recognised semi pro leagues in the England. But as you may know it’s a big push and will take a good supply of finance for a club as young as ours to finally take the giant steps of turning into a semi professional club.
London Simba Football Club is strengthening the
foundations with new committee members, bringing
expertise that enhances the knowledge and
experience of longer serving members. We have got a number of young up and coming players who are
featuring in some of our games this season, most of
the youth players are 21 or under who turn up regularly at our training ground in Surrey Quays
(pictured on the left) show plenty of
potential for the future.
